The Bolivar brand, established in the early 1900s by José F. Rocha, is named after the South American revolutionary Simón Bolívar. Known for its full-bodied cigars, Bolivar has maintained a reputation for strength and richness in its blends. The Emarati edition is the third regional release for the UAE, following the Bolivar Emiratos in 2010 and the Punch Robusto in 2008.
