The Montecristo Edmundo is a celebrated Cuban cigar introduced in 2004, known for its larger ring gauge and robust flavor profile. Named after Edmond Dantès, the hero of Alexandre Dumas' novel "The Count of Monte Cristo," this cigar offers a rich and complex smoking experience.
The Edmundo features a robusto vitola, measuring 5.3 inches in length with a 52-ring gauge. It is hand-rolled using premium tobaccos from the Vuelta Abajo region of Pinar del Río, known for producing some of the finest cigar tobaccos in the world. The flavor profile includes notes of almonds, cedar, cocoa, and rich coffee, complemented by subtle hints of spices and sweetness.
The Montecristo Edmundo is available in several packaging options:
- Semi Boîte Nature Box of 25 Cigars: Ideal for collectors and enthusiasts who want a substantial stock of their favorite cigars.
- Cardboard Pack of 3 Cigars: This packaging is convenient for those who prefer a smaller quantity or need a portable option.
- Cardboard Pack of 3 Cigars in Aluminium Tubes: Provides extra protection and maintains the cigars' freshness, making them perfect for travel.
